Work together
Different depths of help,
same starting question.
Every path here starts the same way: a clear read on what’s actually broken in the machine that turns strangers into customers, and customers into people who stay. The paths differ only in how much help you want doing the fixing.
Buying attention has gotten more than three times more expensive in a decade. The one thing you can’t buy at any price is a relationship, so it’s the one worth building. Here’s every way in, in order of depth.
The method under all of it
Five gears turn attention into a fandom, and the order isn’t a suggestion.
Attention is cheap and it doesn’t last. A relationship takes repetition and consistency. Belonging only shows up when someone starts to see themselves as part of what you’re building instead of a line on your invoice. You can’t skip a step. There’s no building belonging on a relationship you never earned, or a relationship on attention you never caught.
The five gears are those steps, in the order they have to move. When a business stalls it’s almost never all five. It’s one gear jammed, quietly stopping everything downstream. Every door below starts by finding which one.
The five gears of the Emotion Engine
- 1Brand Storytelling
The story you tell.
- 2Content
The content that carries it.
- 3Community
The community that forms around it.
- 4Word of Mouth
The word of mouth that spreads it.
- 5Brand Integrity
Whether who you are, or what you sell, matches the promise.
I want clarity
You suspect something’s off but can’t name it yet. Before you spend another month producing more, posting more, opening one more channel, it’s worth knowing whether that’s progress or just motion. Here’s the question the free read is built around: has anyone ever recommended you without being asked? If the honest answer is never, the problem isn’t your marketing, and more of it won’t help. Start with the diagnosis.
The Mini Diagnostic
Free · 15 questions · 3 minutes
The structural read on what’s actually holding your business back, named in plain English. Result is immediate. Built for buyers who want to confirm they have the problem they think they have — or discover the one they didn’t.
Take the diagnostic→The Full Check-Up
$39 · 53 questions · 20–25 minutes
The deeper read. Five times the questions of the free version, a richer behavioral profile, a full written PDF report covering every dimension of your business — not just the one bottleneck. For buyers who already know they want the complete picture before deciding how to act.
See the Full Check-Up→“Otavio has clear steps for what needs to be done to help me start my own online business, and has given me great feedback on the ideas I already had. His advice is really helping me have clearer direction on where to focus my efforts and not be so all over the place with my ideas or next steps. I look forward to continuing to work with him.”
I want to run the engine myself, ninety days at a time
Not a one-time read, and not a person in your corner — the engine itself, run by you, ninety days at a time. A diagnosis is a photograph. Your business is a film. The value isn’t the first reading, it’s the second one: the number that tells you whether the fix landed. Measure, work your weakest gears in order, re-measure, advance.
Fandom Building
$249 a Cycle · or $497 the year · cancel any time
Each Cycle scores your gears, works your weakest ones in the order they have to be fixed, and scores you again. A monthly live session, and the library grows while you’re in it.
I want it done with me
You’ve got the plan and the knowledge. The doing is where it falls apart, and it usually falls apart around week three, when the plan’s still sound but the momentum’s gone. Ninety days with me in your corner: the plan rebuilt as you go, a weekly check-in keeping you honest, fully asynchronous. Advice is cheap. What actually moves people is a witness.
The Deep Dive
$697 · 90 days · fully asynchronous
Ninety days with Otavio in your corner — not a document you read once and file away. A plan built from your situation and rebuilt at the 30, 60, and 90-day marks, with a weekly check-in keeping you honest the whole way. Fully asynchronous: no calls to schedule, no portal to learn.
Three people are inside the Deep Dive right now, in three different countries, working three different jammed gears.
“Otavio understood what I was trying to achieve right away and gave me specific guidance to help me out of my analysis paralysis. With a clear path broken down into short, actionable steps, we could express our brand in the best way possible on our event tour, creating a much larger relationship with our fanbase.”
I want direct help
You want someone working alongside you, not handing you a document. Direct access, real conversation, course-correction in real time. This one is by application and the room is small on purpose.
The Inner Circle
Application only · Limited capacity · Scope set during application
One-on-one engagement with Otavio. Specific to your business, your goals, your timeline. The application is how the engagement gets shaped — every relationship in the Inner Circle is bespoke. Not for everyone, intentionally.
The Builder of Worlds — structure and processes; a treasure trove of entertainment knowledge.
“Otavio has been special in my own career, as our successes were intertwined by the campaigns and platforms we built together, and those he built for me — oftentimes the silent mastermind who goes unaccredited. He is the person who will find the team and partner you need, and if they don’t exist, will actually work with the options he has available to build you one. He is also the person who, after creating those teams, keeps them together behind the scenes, with vast experience in both good and trying times.”
Before you pick
Which door is right for me?
Most people need less than they think. If you can’t yet name what’s broken, start with the free diagnostic and let the result tell you how much help the fix actually needs. If you already know the problem and just want it solved with you, skip ahead to the Deep Dive. This is a menu, not a staircase you have to climb in order.
Can I just get the diagnosis and walk away?
Yes. The Mini and the Full Check-Up are complete on their own. You get the read, the named bottleneck, and a direction, and you’re never pushed to buy the next thing. Plenty of people take the diagnosis, fix the gear themselves, and never come back. That counts as a win here.
Do I have to choose between the Deep Dive and the membership?
No. The membership is the home you run all year; the Deep Dive is a season you can graduate into or bring me in for. Most people start with one, and plenty end up with both, running the engine year-round and pulling me in for ninety days when they hit a wall, or finishing a Deep Dive and staying on as a member to keep it warm. When you’re doing both at once, my plan drives and the dashboard is just the instrument we measure with.
My audience is small, or I’m just starting. Is it too early?
It’s earlier than you think, and that’s an advantage. Ten people who interact with you every day beat a thousand who scroll past, and it’s far easier to build the habits now than to retrofit them onto a big, cold audience later. Start smaller than your ego suggests. The read works the same at any size.
Is this for creators, or for businesses?
Both, and it isn’t a compromise. The five gears run the same whether you sell a course, a service, or a physical product. Only integrity changes shape, and only a little. If you have an audience and you want it to become something durable instead of something you keep renting attention for, you’re in the right place.
I’ve bought frameworks before and nothing stuck. Why is this different?
Because it doesn’t hand you generic advice. It names the one gear that’s actually jammed in your business and ignores the four that aren’t. Most frameworks fail because they tell everyone to do everything. This tells you the single thing to fix next, and it’s measurable, so you can watch it move instead of hoping it did.
What if my business is already doing well?
Then you might be the quiet case the Inner Circle is built for: established, stable, and stuck at a ceiling you can’t quite name. Doing fine and compounding are not the same thing. If you’ve plateaued and the usual levers aren’t moving it anymore, that’s a specific problem with a specific gear behind it.
Isn’t this just another growth hack?
The opposite. A growth hack rents you a spike of attention that leaves as fast as it arrived, and then you’re paying for the next one. This is the layer underneath, the reason people stay, recommend you, and defend you when it counts. It compounds instead of evaporating, which is the whole point.
Not sure which depth you need?
Take the free diagnostic. It reads your five gears in three minutes and the result itself tells you how much help the fix actually needs. Most people need less than they think.
