Fandom Builder offers diagnostic tools, educational content, and consulting services for creators and digital entrepreneurs. The free diagnostic and contact form are available without an account. Paid services require registration and payment.

Paid services are billed through Stripe. Some products are one-time purchases and some are recurring subscriptions; where a product recurs, its price, billing interval and cancellation terms are shown before you buy, and you can cancel at any time from your account. Refunds, guarantees and cancellation for every product are set out in a single policy at fandombuilder.com/guarantee, which forms part of these terms and is confirmed at the time of purchase.

The Emotion Engine framework, diagnostic tools, and all content on this site are the intellectual property of Fandom Builder (Third Eye Content LLC). You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

When you submit information through our forms (diagnostic answers, messages, applications), you grant us permission to use that information to provide our services. We do not publicly share your submissions without your consent.

Fandom Builder provides strategic guidance and diagnostic tools. Results depend on your implementation. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Where a product carries a published guarantee, that guarantee is the entire remedy offered — it is a commitment to continued work on the problem, not a promise of any particular business result.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.
