Refunds & Guarantees

Every paid product carries a seven-day refund window from the moment you buy. No reason required, no completion requirement, and nobody assessing whether you tried hard enough.

We do ask for a short note on what fell short, because that is how the products get better. It is an invitation, never a condition — the refund is processed either way.

This one is specific to the 90-Day Fix, and it is the reason that product is built around a number at each end. It is the only outcome-based guarantee here; nothing else on the ladder carries one.

It is bounded at one additional cycle. Not "until it moves, however long that takes" — one more pass, on the same gear, at no charge. On the supervised tier that extra cycle includes one further Read rather than another ninety days of supervision.

To qualify, we need both measurements on file: the Check-Up you took at the start and the one you took at the end. That is it. Not a completion percentage, not session attendance, not submitted work. If both readings exist, you qualify, and it is checked by looking at your account rather than by having a conversation about your effort.

The remedy is another cycle rather than your money back, and that is deliberate. The day-90 score comes from your own answers. Paying cash out on a number you report yourself would put the person who benefits from a low score in charge of the instrument that decides it. Giving you another cycle instead means there is nothing to game — a lower score just buys you more of something you already have.

The Emotion Engine measures and prescribes. It doesn’t run your business. What you get out of a Check-Up or a Fix depends on the work you do with it, and no income, audience or revenue outcome is promised anywhere on this site.

Where a product carries a guarantee, that guarantee is the entire remedy offered. It is a promise about continued work on the problem, not a promise about a business result.

Most of what is sold here is one-time. The Check-Up, Basics and the 90-Day Fix are single payments — nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel. The ninety days end on the date they were always going to end on.

Fandom Building is the recurring one. You can cancel at any time from your account, and your access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for. We don’t pro-rate part of a period, and we don’t ask you to email anyone or sit through a retention pitch to do it.

The seven-day window applies to each renewal, not only your first payment. If a renewal catches you at the wrong moment, that is what it is there for.

Work sold to a company — team diagnostics, audits, workshops and speaking — is not covered by this page. Those terms live in the agreement for that engagement.

For the measured guarantee, take your day-90 Check-Up first and then ask, the same way. Both readings are already on your account, so there is nothing to prove and nothing to argue: we look at the two numbers, and if the bottleneck gear hasn’t moved the next ninety days are set up for you. Asking is the only step, and it is deliberately a person reading your two scores rather than a script deciding for you.

Outside the seven-day window and outside the measured guarantee, the answer is no. We would rather say that plainly here than be vague about it now and awkward about it later.
